1 About the programme
2 Eligible applicants
The Public Call is open to consortia consisting of:
- an MSME established as a legal entity with its registered office in Montenegro, acting as the Lead Applicant, and a licensed research institution established in Montenegro; or
- an MSME established as a legal entity with its registered office in Montenegro, acting as the Co-applicant.
Eligible Lead Applicants are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) established as legal entities, as defined by the applicable Law on Business Organisations (Official Gazette of Montenegro, Nos. 06/02, 17/07, 80/08, 40/10, 36/11 and 40/11) and the Law on Accounting (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 52/2016), and registered in the Central Register of Business Entities of Montenegro (CRPS).
