The Innovation Fund of Montenegro has closed the applications for Phase II of the Program for Financing Innovative Solutions in the Public Sector – GovTech.
The public call was open from February 2, and companies had the opportunity to submit innovative projects in response to 76 challenges nominated by public sector institutions. The program generated significant interest from companies that, through their applications, offered potential solutions aimed at improving public services and modernizing processes in public administration.
The GovTech program is implemented in two phases. In the first phase, public sector institutions nominate challenges they face in their work, while in the second phase, companies develop and propose innovative solutions for the identified needs of the public sector.
The Innovation Fund team is particularly proud to have successfully conducted both public calls within this program, which represents one of the most organizationally demanding programs implemented by the Fund.
In the coming period, the administrative check of the received applications will follow, after which the projects that meet the formal requirements will be forwarded to the further evaluation phase.
