The Innovation Fund of Montenegro has published a call for expressions of interest to participate in the work of the Expert Commission for the evaluation of project proposals in the second phase of the Program for Financing Innovative Solutions in the Public Sector (GovTech).
The Expert Commission will be in charge of the expert evaluation of project applications submitted by companies and scientific research organizations within the second phase of the GovTech program, with the aim of developing and applying innovative technological solutions in the public sector. The evaluation will be conducted in two rounds. The evaluation process will last up to 90 days from the closure of the Public Call, and the second round of evaluation requires the physical presence of the commission members in Podgorica during the project presentations (Pitch). The working language is Montenegrin.
The Commission will consist of three independent experts who must have relevant professional experience in the fields of innovation, digital transformation, innovative project management, and project evaluation.
