The Innovation Fund of Montenegro announces a Public Call for the selection of an Environmental and Social Expert for 2026. In order to consistently apply the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), which defines the environmental and social procedures that projects financed by the Fund must comply with in accordance with the applicable legislation of Montenegro, the Fund will engage an external expert for environmental and social issues.
The engagement of the expert aims to provide professional support to the Innovation Fund in the process of identifying, classifying, and assessing potential environmental and social impacts and risks for project proposals proposed for financing, for which the application of procedures defined by the ESMF is planned during 2026. Special focus will be on assessing risk mitigation measures, as well as monitoring their implementation, where applicable.
Interested candidates for the Public Call for the selection of an Environmental and Social Expert must submit a motivation letter and a CV to the e-mail address [email protected] no later than February 16, 2026, with the subject: Expression of interest for an external Environmental and Social Expert of the Innovation Fund of Montenegro.
